The General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) has announced the availability of forms G12 and G12Bis relating to the year 2025, intended for taxpayers subject to the flat-rate regime.

🔹 Form G12 corresponds to the provisional declaration of turnover for the current year (2025). It allows the tax administration to determine the amount of the flat-rate tax to be paid during the year.

🔹 Form G12Bis is the final declaration of the turnover achieved for the previous year. It is used to adjust the tax assessment based on the actual turnover recorded.

📌 Important: the deadline for filing G12 is set at the end of June 2025, and for G12-Bis it is between January 1 and 20, 2026.
Any delay in the declaration may result in penalties and surcharges in accordance with applicable tax legislation.

👉 The forms can be downloaded from the official DGI website. It is recommended to fill them out accurately and submit them to the territorially competent tax center before the deadline.
