Complete project control, from BOQ to site results

Sites, contracts, measurements, progress claims, invoicing, costs, timesheets and scheduling: one integrated whole, linked to your purchasing, stock, treasury and accounting.

Sites

Client, engineer, location, dates, status tracked over time, documents and photos. Each site has its own warehouse and cost center to allocate stock movements automatically.

Contracts & BOQ

Contracts with their own financial terms (retention, advance payment), hierarchical bill of quantities in lots, sub-lots and items, guided import of the client's file with discrepancies flagged.

Variations

Each variation is a new BOQ version: the original contract remains available, differences are highlighted, validation requires a dedicated permission and never alters a validated claim.

Measurements

Quantities executed per period and per item: previous, current and cumulative. BOQ overruns are flagged with a configurable tolerance, then validated and locked.

Progress claims & statements

A claim is generated from a validated measurement. Cumulative and period works, VAT, retention, progressive advance repayment, net payable rounded to the cent.

Invoicing & retention

Sales invoice pre-filled in one click and validated through the normal workflow. Payments, due dates, G50, retention management and accounting follow with no special handling.

Site costs

Purchases, transfers and stock issues allocated to the site. Bulk allocation screen with automatic suggestions based on the warehouse or cost center.

Timesheets & labor

Timesheet per site, employees one by one or by crew, copy of the previous day, regular and overtime hours, absences, hourly rate by job title and calculated cost. Site expenses outside documents included.

Site results

Budget by nature, automatically calculated actuals, invoiced, collected, retentions pending, planned and actual margins. Budget overruns are highlighted.

Works schedule

Schedule generated from the BOQ, editable Gantt, critical path, frozen baseline, S-curve, MS Project compatible XML export, crews and over-allocations flagged in red.

Alerts & monitoring

Uninvoiced claims, draft measurements, quantity or budget overruns, overdue site end dates, late tasks, over-allocated resources.

Printouts

BOQ, measurement, claim, statement with net payable in words and entries to post, contract summary, site record and summary, schedule with Gantt.

An accurate claim, checked against the invoice

A claim is generated from a validated measurement: measured quantities and invoiced amounts always stay consistent, and the result is verified automatically.
