Controlled production, from bill of materials to KPIs

The GPAO module covers the full cycle: product description, resources, manufacturing orders, actual production, planning, supply, costs and tracking.

Product Description

Item types (finished product, semi-finished, raw material, consumable), bill of materials with quantities and attributes, phase-based routing, attached documents. A semi-finished item can have its own routing: multi-level production.

Routing Visualization

For an item and a quantity, the full manufacturing tree showing, for each component, the required quantity, available stock and the gap. Excel export, printing and one-click transfer to a manufacturing order.

Production Resources

Production units, teams, equipment and tooling, labor types: they are attached to routing phases and manufacturing orders.

Manufacturing Orders

Created directly or from the routing, planning or scheduler. Consumptions computed from the bill of materials, Manufacture or Order actions, line-by-line progress tracking (planned, produced, cancelled, remaining).

Production & Decomposition Vouchers

The production voucher records what was actually made, with losses, scrap and lots. On validation, finished goods stock increases and component stock decreases. The decomposition voucher does the reverse.

Order Scheduling

Calendar of manufacturing orders with color coding, filters by production unit, team and product, drag-to-reschedule and quick assignment.

Production & Material Planning

Compares stock, quantities to deliver, open orders and average consumption, with recommended quantities to manufacture or order. Convert to a manufacturing order, purchase request, quotation request or purchase order.

Cost Price

Routing cost computed from components valued at weighted average price, resources, phase costs and overheads. It can be applied to the item.

Journals & KPIs

Production journal, consumption journal and 9 dashboard KPIs: production value, consumption, operating costs, top lists, open MOs, unfinalized production vouchers.
